Managed advertising · Growth and Scale
Managed advertising, on top of Emma
Both managed advertising layers include everything in Automate — all nine assistants, the Jane App™ integration, and the dashboard — and add media on top. Growth is $999/month CAD: managed Meta retargeting to people who already know your clinic, with $250 of that going to Meta as ad spend. Scale is $3,499/month CAD and adds a managed Google Ads program for people actively searching, with $1,750 of media included. On Growth, every click opens Messenger, where Emma picks the conversation up. Scale’s searches land on a campaign page instead, and Emma follows up whatever it produces — a form, a message, or a missed call she texts back.
- Ad spend included
- Every enquiry followed up
- No performance promises
Before anything else
Media is never the opening move.
If your own patient list hasn’t been worked yet, Automate will do more for you than adding spend. Selling media to a clinic that hasn’t captured its existing demand is selling them a leak. Growth is what you grow into.
Start with Automate at $499Start where the return is
Advertising is the fourth rung, not the first
Clinics that do well with paid media almost never start there. They see their numbers, seal what is leaking, prove the front desk on warm traffic, and only then pay to reach strangers.
Rung 1
The Dashboard
Included from Capture up
You cannot scale what you cannot see. The Dashboard follows a lead through to booked, showed, and revenue in real Jane App™ data — including whether your existing patients are rebooking at all. It is included on every plan, so the picture exists before you spend anything on media.
Rung 2
Automate
$499/month CAD
Emma works the list you already have: re-engagement by two-way SMS, every inbound channel answered, and the booking link sent at the moment of intent. If lapsed patients are not coming back, this does more for you than any budget.
Rung 3
Growth
$999/month CAD
Managed Meta retargeting to people who already know your clinic — your own list, website visitors, and social engagers. Warm audiences only. This is where paid media starts, because it is the cheapest way to find out how well your front desk converts.
Rung 4
Scale
$3,499/month CAD
A managed Google Ads program reaching people actively searching for your services — plus a campaign landing page, call tracking, and reporting. This is the only layer that reaches people who have never heard of you.
You’re a clinician, not a media buyer
Running your own campaign and expecting agency results is a bit like expecting to perform an adjustment after watching one tutorial. Effective campaigns are a full-time craft — audience strategy, creative testing, hooks and offer angles, daily optimisation, and knowing when to stop an ad rather than wait it out. You are excellent at care. This is what we are excellent at, and it is the whole reason these plans are managed rather than sold as software.
Growth · $999/month CAD
Where the $999 goes
The media is inside the plan price, and we publish the breakdown rather than making you ask for it.
- $250 to Metaad spend, paid straight to the platform
- $749 RebooklyAll nine assistants, Jane App™ integration, and the dashboard — plus ad creative and copy, campaign setup, and ongoing optimisation.
We show where the money goes, not what it will earn. Ad costs vary by city and by discipline, and we never promise leads, a cost per lead, or a return on ad spend.
Warm only
People who already know you
Retargeting reaches people who have already met your clinic in some way and didn’t book. That is a different job from finding strangers, and it is the only job Growth does.
Who Growth reaches
- Your own patient list, uploaded as a Meta custom audience
- People who have visited your website
- People who have engaged with your social accounts
- In short: people who already know your clinic and didn’t book yet
What Growth is not
- Cold lead generation — Growth is warm audiences only
- An agency retainer you can buy on its own
- A replacement for working your existing patient list
- A promise of leads, cost per lead, or return on ad spend
- 01Your own patient listUploaded as a Meta custom audience. Consent for that use is a PIPEDA matter and sits with your clinic — see below.
- 02People who visited your websiteThey looked and did not book. Retargeting gives them a reason to come back.
- 03People who engaged with your socialLiked, commented, shared, followed, or sent a DM on Facebook or Instagram.
What actually moves a Meta campaign
The algorithm rewards engagement, not budget
A flat “book your massage today” gets scrolled past, so the platform buries it and the cost climbs. An ad that earns a reaction gets cheaper, sharper reach. This is why the creative matters more than the spend.
- An ad that resonatesIt reframes something rather than announcing a service.
- People engage with itThey stop, read, react, comment, or message.
- The platform learnsEngagement teaches it who your future patients look like.
- Cheaper, sharper reachThe same budget goes further, and the loop repeats.
Your jaw pain might not be coming from your jaw. Most TMJ pain traces back to the neck, posture, and the muscles around them — connected areas we actually treat.
It reframes a problem rather than announcing a service. That is what earns the engagement the platform rewards — honestly, which is what makes it cheap to keep running.
Where the click lands
A conversation beats a form
A pre-filled lead form is one tap, so people submit by accident or out of idle curiosity and then go quiet. Messenger costs more per lead, and the people who message actually want to talk.
Lead-form ad
Cheap clicks, weak leads
- One tap, pre-filled — no effort and no commitment
- Finger-slips and accidental submits
- Idle curiosity rather than real intent
- Goes cold fast; most never reply
Messenger conversation
Higher cost, higher intent
- They start the conversation, so they want to talk now
- They describe the problem and ask real questions
- Ready to book rather than browsing
- Emma replies instantly and sends the booking link
How it runs
Managed end to end, landing in a conversation
The point of retargeting on top of Emma is that a click doesn’t hit a form and wait for someone to follow up. It opens a conversation that answers immediately.
Step 1
We build the campaign
Ad creative and copy written for your clinic, the audiences assembled, and the campaign set up and launched. Nothing for your team to produce or manage.
Step 2
The click opens a conversation
Every click lands in Messenger with Emma rather than on a form. She answers what the person asks and sends your Jane App™ booking link when they are ready.
Step 3
You see it in the dashboard
Campaign performance follows through to booked, showed, and revenue — reach and clicks connected to what actually happened, not just impressions.
Scale · $3,499/month CAD
Google Ads, for people actively searching
Growth works your existing audience harder; Scale goes and finds a new one. It adds a managed Google Ads program reaching people actively searching for your services who have never heard of your clinic — plus a campaign landing page, call tracking, and reporting — on top of everything Growth does.
- $1,500 to Googlesearch ad spend, paid straight to the platform
- $250 to Metathe retargeting layer keeps running underneath
- $1,749 RebooklyEverything in Growth, plus the search program, the campaign landing page, call tracking, and reporting.
Exactly half of Scale is media spend. We say so, and we publish which half — the transparency is the point.
What a search campaign actually does
- SearchSomeone types a problem into Google in your service area.
- Landing pageA campaign page built for that search, not your homepage.
- Lead or callA form submission, or a tracked call to your clinic.
- EmmaA form or a message she answers in seconds. A missed call she texts back — she does not answer calls, she answers callers.
- Jane booking linkSent at the moment of intent. The patient picks a time in Jane.
What Scale builds, and why it takes 2–3 weeks
Scale includes a landing page built for your campaign, a Google Ads account, and conversion tracking so every lead can be followed through to a booking. That’s real build work on top of the standard setup, so Scale takes 2–3 weeks rather than 5–10 business days.
Everything else works the same way: nothing goes live until you’ve approved it, and billing starts at launch.
- A campaign landing page, built for the search you are bidding on
- A Google Ads account, set up and managed on your behalf
- Call tracking, so a phone enquiry is attributed like any other lead
- Conversion tracking, following each lead through to a booking
Why Scale starts with a conversation, not a checkout button
Search advertising is priced by auction, and what a click costs depends on your city, your discipline, and who else is bidding for the same intent. A program that works in one market can be unaffordable twenty minutes down the road.
So we scope it before we sell it: your services, your service area, what a patient is worth to you, and whether the budget can realistically buy enough search volume to learn from. If it can’t, we’ll tell you — that conversation is cheaper for both of us than a campaign that was never going to work.
Scale is a premium growth option for clinics ready to go beyond their existing list, and only where the market numbers work.
Communication and AI usage are billed separately at pass-through rates.See the full rates on the pricing page.

What clinics say
Clinics running Emma underneath the ads
I run a busy med spa, and Rebookly reactivated clients we hadn’t seen in months — some even came back the same week we launched it. Highly recommend to any spa using Jane.
Phil Our massage clinic had a long list of patients who had gone quiet. Rebookly brought so many of them back without us having to make a single call. It just runs and fills gaps in our schedule.
Allison As a naturopath, my patients need consistent follow-up between visits. Rebookly handles that automatically and in a way that feels warm and professional — not like a robot. My rebooking rate has improved noticeably.
Michelle We run six physiotherapy clinics in Ottawa and keeping follow-up consistent across all of them was a constant challenge. Rebookly standardised everything. Every missed call gets followed up, every past patient gets a check-in. It scales exactly the way we needed.

Questions
Managed advertising, answered
Is the ad spend included, or billed on top?
Included. Growth is $999/month CAD, of which $250 goes to Meta as ad spend. Scale is $3,499/month CAD, of which $1,500 goes to Google and $250 to Meta. There is no separate ad budget to fund and no ad account for you to manage. Most agencies charge a management fee and then ask for a budget on top; we publish the split instead.
Will this bring in new patients who’ve never heard of us?
Not on Growth — and that is deliberate. Growth retargets warm audiences only: your own list, your website visitors, and people who have engaged with your social accounts. Reaching people who are actively searching and don’t yet know you is the Google Ads program on Scale, which is a different job and a different budget.
What results should we expect?
We won’t quote you a number. Ad costs vary enormously by city and by discipline, and anyone promising you a cost per lead or a return on ad spend before looking at your market is guessing. What we will do is show you where every dollar goes, connect campaign performance through to booked and showed appointments in your dashboard, and tell you if the numbers don’t work.
Can Emma tell me what times are available?
No — and that is deliberate. Emma doesn’t handle availability at all. She answers what she knows from your knowledge base — services, pricing, duration, practitioners, policies — and hands off your Jane App™ online booking link, where the patient sees your live schedule and picks their own time. Because she never reads or quotes your schedule, she can never offer a slot that is already gone. Separately, background data sync with Jane keeps re-engagement targeting and the dashboard current — that is reporting data, not availability.
Should we start here?
Usually not. Media is never the opening move. If you have a patient list that hasn’t been worked and enquiries that aren’t being answered quickly, Automate at $499 will do more for you than adding spend — selling media to a clinic that hasn’t captured its existing demand is selling them a leak. Growth is what a clinic grows into once Emma is working.
Is uploading our patient list to Meta a privacy issue?
It is a privacy and consent matter under PIPEDA rather than CASL, and the responsibility sits with your clinic as the Health Information Custodian — you are responsible for having appropriate consent for that use. Rebookly enforces opt-outs and consent status from there. Our Trust & Compliance page sets out how that responsibility divides.
Can’t we run the ads ourselves?
You can. Running your own campaign and expecting agency results is a bit like expecting to perform an adjustment after watching one tutorial — it is a full-time craft: audience strategy, creative testing, hooks and offer angles, daily optimisation, and knowing when to stop an ad rather than wait. Most clinic owners have neither the hours nor the repetitions, so the campaign underperforms and advertising takes the blame.
Why does Scale start with a call rather than a checkout button?
Because click costs vary by city and by discipline, and a search campaign has to be scoped to your market, your services, and what a patient is worth to you before anyone can say whether the budget makes sense. We would rather tell you it doesn’t than sell you a program that can’t work in your area.

Talk it through before you add spend
We’ll look at whether your existing list is already working, and what a budget realistically buys in your market — and we’ll say so if it doesn’t make sense yet.
A demo is a live call with a founder — not a sales rep.
- Ad spend included
- No performance promises
- Scoped before it is sold
