4. On higher plans, we also run retargeting ads and outbound AI phone calls. When someone is ready to rebook, we live transfer them to your front desk or send them the online booking link.

Communication & AI usage fees are billed in USD, while the software account subscription rates are in CAD. For texting & calling fees, $10 gets you approximately 385 call minutes, or 665 text segments (160 characters/segment), or 7,145 emails. For AI response fees, $10 provides about 333 AI response messages or 50 voice AI minutes, or you can get unlimited voice AI minutes for $149/month.

What is A2P? A new regulation in Canada called A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) has come into effect. It requires businesses to register before sending SMS messages, helping reduce spam and improve deliverability. This is what allows your business to send automated texts reliably, without getting flagged as spam.

How long does onboarding and setup take?

Onboarding usually takes about two weeks. You’ll have two sessions with your dedicated account manager: one for setup (Jane connection, compliance, and training Emma), and one for delivery (reviewing scripts, testing live conversations, and final tweaks). After that, Emma goes live.

How does Rebookly's AI choose which clients to contact?

Rebookly syncs directly with JaneApp. Emma spots clients who haven’t booked in months, missed appointments, or have special dates like birthdays. Each outreach is personalized to your business voice and your client’s history — never generic.

What communication channels does Rebookly use?

Emma communicates through SMS, phone calls, your website chat, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs. She answers instantly across all these channels, keeping conversations consistent and professional.

Do I have to write or approve messages before they're sent?

Nope. During onboarding, you’ll review and approve Emma’s scripts so they sound just like your front desk. From there, Emma handles delivery automatically, and you can request edits anytime.

Do I need to be using JaneApp to benefit from Rebookly?

Yes. Emma relies on JaneApp data to know exactly when to follow up with clients, keep your schedule full, and avoid double bookings.

Will the AI book appointments in Jane?

The AI guides conversations and sends the correct Jane booking link. Booking is always completed in Jane, ensuring accuracy.

Why aren't you listed on Jane's integrations page?

We’re fans of Jane’s all-in-one platform. Rebookly uses an unofficial connector that works behind the scenes to help Jane-based clinics fill schedules and recover missed bookings. As Jane continues to build, we’re excited to adapt and make the experience even better.

Will Rebookly replace my front desk team?

Not at all. Emma handles the repetitive, awkward work like recalls, no-show follow-ups, and answering common questions. That frees your front desk to focus on higher-value tasks: greeting clients, managing care, and creating a great in-person experience.

What happens if a client asks a question the AI can't answer?
