Demos are usually with Allisyn Coulson, one of Rebookly’s two founders — a former kinesiologist with nearly twenty years in Canadian wellness. She has owned and run clinics, and now coaches wellness businesses. Onboarding is with both of us: Jane gets connected on that call, so Chris Eder, the founder who builds the product, is on it too.
Either way the call starts with your week rather than our product: what’s actually going missing, and whether it’s something Emma can help with. Sometimes it isn’t. We’ve told clinics we’re not the right fit for what they were asking for, and we’d rather say that on a first call than three months in.
