Texts are billed at $0.015 per 160 characters, AI text & chat responses are $0.03 per message, and Voice AI minutes are $0.20/minute. In addition to your monthly software subscription (billed in CAD), you may incur usage-based fees for SMS messaging, AI tools, email, and phone communication. These usage charges are billed in USD and calculated based on actual consumption.
For texting & calling fees, $10 gets you approximately 385 call minutes, or 665 text segments (160 characters/segment), or 7,145 emails. For AI response fees, $10 provides about 333 AI response messages or 50 voice AI minutes, or you can get unlimited voice AI minutes for $149/month.
