The Meta Retargeting Ads add-on is +$500/month and can be added to any paid plan. Ad spend is included — no separate Meta budget required. We manage creative, targeting, and optimisation. Ads target your website visitors, social engagers, and your full Jane patient list including past patients beyond the CASL two-year SMS window who you can no longer reach by text.
Are there any location fees or per-location charges?
No. All paid plans include unlimited clinic locations under your Jane App™ account at no additional charge.
What are the usage-based costs?
Communication and AI usage are billed separately at standard pass-through rates: $0.03 USD per SMS segment, $0.03 USD per AI response, and $0.20 USD per Voice AI minute. Most clinics see $10–$60 USD per month in usage. One recovered booking typically covers the full month.
What is the Custom Automation Add-On and do I need it?
Most clinics don't need it. The standard AI Assistants work out of the box on any plan. The $1,499 one-time Custom Automation Add-On is for clinics that need AI Assistants built specifically around their workflows — treatment-specific aftercare, custom intake flows, multi-location Google review routing, or advanced ad campaign logic. You get 10 hours of done-for-you implementation with a dedicated account manager.
Can I upgrade plans later?
