Which plan should I start with?

What's the difference between Capture and Automate?
Capture is inbound: Emma answers your website chat, social DMs, and missed calls, and your Dashboard proves what's booking. Automate includes all of that, plus Emma's proactive suite that works your Jane history — re-engagement, paid lead follow-up, first-visit, aftercare, birthday, and Google review assistants. Automate is where the outreach that never gets done finally gets done.
What's the difference between Growth and Scale?
Both include everything in Automate. Growth adds managed Meta retargeting — warm audiences only, meaning people who already know you: past patients, website visitors, and social engagers. Scale adds a managed Google Ads program on top, which reaches people actively searching for your services who've never heard of your clinic. Growth works your existing audience harder; Scale goes and finds new one.
What does "ad spend included" actually mean?
It means there's no separate ad budget to fund and no ad account to manage. On Growth, $250 of your $999 goes to Meta as ad spend each month. On Scale, $1,750 of your $3,499 goes to the platforms — $1,500 to Google and $250 to Meta. The rest covers your assistants, the Jane integration, the Dashboard, and the campaign work: creative, setup, optimization, and — on Scale — your landing page, call tracking, and reporting.
Is $1,500/month enough to compete on Google?
It depends on your city and your discipline — click costs vary a lot between, say, massage therapy in a smaller market and aesthetics in a major one. That's why Scale starts with a conversation rather than a checkout button: we'll look at what your budget realistically buys in your market before you commit, and we'll tell you if the numbers don't work.
Is the Dashboard included in every plan?
Yes. The Rebookly Dashboard pulls your clinic's real data straight from Jane App™ — bookings, show rate, lapsed patients, lead-to-revenue tracking, and lifetime value — into one live view. Because it needs the Jane connection to work, the integration and Dashboard are included on all four plans, starting with Capture. On Growth and Scale it also carries your campaign performance.
Is my patient list safe to use for retargeting?
Retargeting on Growth and Scale uploads your patient list to Meta as a custom audience. Under Canadian privacy law that's a consent matter under PIPEDA rather than a CASL one, and your clinic is responsible for having appropriate consent in place — we'd recommend confirming your specific situation with your own advisor. Rebookly enforces opt-outs and consent status from there, and we don't store clinical health data.
What is the knowledge base?
The knowledge base is Emma's brain — what she knows about your clinic: your services, prices, durations, practitioners, hours, and policies. We build it for you during setup so Emma answers accurately from day one, and you can add to it anytime. It's included on every plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. You pay your first month upfront to begin your build and onboarding — that's your commitment. Then our team builds everything (typically 5–10 business days, or 2–3 weeks on Scale), and your recurring billing date starts only at launch, once you've reviewed and approved it on a go-live call. You're never charged again while we build.
Why does Scale take longer to launch?
Scale includes a landing page built for your campaign, a Google Ads account, and conversion tracking so every lead can be followed through to a booking. That's real build work on top of the standard setup, so Scale takes 2–3 weeks rather than 5–10 business days. Everything else works the same way: nothing goes live until you've approved it, and billing starts at launch.
How is booking handled?
When a patient is ready to book, Emma sends your Jane online booking link — fast and friction-free. Jane stays your source of truth: Emma works within your existing availability, services, and rules, and the patient confirms the time directly in Jane. On Automate and above, Emma can also request a callback and notify your front desk.
Why not just use Jane's booking link on its own?
Rebookly does use your Jane booking link — the difference is everything that happens before it. A bare link with no conversation is where bookings leak: people have questions, hesitate, and never follow through. Emma answers those questions in real time — price, duration, who's available, is there anything sooner — removes the hesitation, and hands off the link at the exact moment of intent. Far more conversations reach the booking page ready to book, and your Jane rules still govern what's bookable.
Does Emma answer my clinic's phone?
Missed calls are recovered by text: when a call goes unanswered, Emma texts the caller instantly and continues the conversation by SMS — no voicemail, no phone tag. It's a fast, low-friction way to catch callers who would otherwise book elsewhere.
Can I customise how the AI works?
You can always edit the knowledge base — what Emma knows — on any plan, and add to it whenever your clinic changes. How Emma works is standardised on purpose: it's proven across real Jane clinics, live in days, and there's nothing for your team to configure.
Are there any per-location charges?
No. All plans include unlimited clinic locations under your Jane App™ account at no additional charge.
What are the usage-based costs?
Communication and AI usage are billed separately at standard pass-through rates in USD — for example $0.015 per SMS segment and $0.03 per AI response. Can I upgrade or change plans later?
