A one-time add-on for Rebookly clients: $499 for 5 hours of done-for-you customisation by the Rebookly team. Clinics use them for follow-ups by practitioner or by the treatment a patient last booked, Google review requests for each location, or SMS follow-up for their Facebook and Instagram lead ads. We build it for you, or work through it with you on Zoom. Hours are used in 30-minute blocks and last 12 months, and fixing anything we built is always free.

Not on the subscription. To confirm commitment, the clinic pays its first month upfront before onboarding, and is never charged again while we build. The recurring subscription date is set only once the build is approved and live — never during the build. Managed advertising is a separate service and does carry a one-time setup fee.

For most clinics, usage fees range from approximately $10 to $60 USD per month. They cover two-way SMS, AI responses, your phone number, call minutes, and email if enabled — billed separately in USD, at the published per-unit rates, so you only pay for what your clinic actually sends and usage scales with how much outreach you do.

No. Your Rebookly costs are the base subscription, usage-based communication fees at the published rates, and — for SMS — the carrier registration and A2P 10DLC compliance fees that North American carriers require of every business sender. Those are standard industry requirements charged by carriers, not by Rebookly.

Emma does not provide medical or clinical advice, interpret insurance coverage, collect payments, enforce cancellation policies, or override Jane scheduling rules. These limitations are intentional and protect both clinics and patients.
