See the Rebookly Dashboard

Every week, the Rebookly Dashboard shows a clinic owner how many patients came in, what they spent, who came back after Emma followed up, and how each practitioner and location is doing. It’s built from the clinic’s own Jane App™ records. The demo below uses an invented clinic so you can click through every page.

ABC Wellness is a fictional clinic with three locations and twelve practitioners. Every name and number in the demo is invented. Its ‘last week’ figures move forward every Monday.

What you’ll see

How it counts

Attribution follows the patient, not the click

Revenue is credited once the patient actually arrives, read from your Jane App™ appointment record.

That sounds like a detail and it is the whole difference. A patient gets a re-engagement text on Tuesday, thinks about it, and telephones your front desk on Thursday to book. No link was tapped. Click-based tracking never sees that patient — not as a maybe, not as a partial: they are simply absent from the report, and the channel that actually brought them back looks like it did nothing.

Tools that measure clicks do it because clicks are all they can see. We can see arrivals.

Questions

The Dashboard, answered

Where does the data come from?

From the clinic’s own Jane App™ records, refreshed daily: visits, revenue, new patients and who came in. What Emma did, such as who she texted and who replied, comes from Rebookly’s record of those conversations.

Can I see which patients came back?

Yes. The Rebookly figures for who Emma texted, who replied, who booked and who came back each open the list of patients behind them. In a clinic’s own Dashboard, each name opens that patient’s contact in the clinic’s CRM.

How do you know a booking came from Rebookly?

Because we read your Jane App™ appointment record rather than watching for clicks. Revenue is credited once the patient actually arrives, against the assistant that started the conversation. That means a patient who got a re-engagement text on Tuesday and telephoned your front desk on Thursday is counted — no link was tapped, and click-based tracking would never have seen them. Booked and showed stay separate columns, because a booking that no-shows is not revenue.

Does the Dashboard give Emma access to our schedule?

It does not, and the two are deliberately unconnected. The data behind the Dashboard feeds reporting and re-engagement targeting — bookings, attendance, revenue, who has lapsed. When Emma books, she reads your availability from Jane at the moment she needs it, not from the Dashboard. Patients can still book themselves through your Jane online booking, where availability genuinely is current and Jane enforces its own rules.

Does it cover Google Ads?

The demo includes the Google Ads view: spend, then leads, patients who came in and revenue, by campaign. As of September 2026 it’s in development and not yet on clinic Dashboards.

Does it work for multi-location clinics?

Yes. The Dashboard breaks results down by location and by practitioner.

What happens to reporting if we disconnect Jane?

Patient and visit data stops coming in, so re-engagement targeting and Dashboard reporting pause — there is nothing to read. Emma carries on handling enquiries and escalating to your team, none of which depends on Jane. The Dashboard is included for every clinic and is never sold as an upgrade, so nothing about it is withheld or unlocked; it simply needs the Jane connection to have anything to show.

Is this real data?

No. ABC Wellness is a fictional clinic, and every name and number is invented. To see how real clinics use Rebookly, read our case studies. Case studies →
