The proof layer
See what actually happened — in your own numbers
Rebookly’s dashboard reads your Jane App™ data and shows you what happened: how many patients each assistant reached, how many booked, how many actually arrived, and the revenue that arrived with them. Nothing on it is estimated, modelled or projected. It is your clinic’s own numbers, which is the only kind we are willing to show you.

Included for every clinic — it needs the Jane connection to work, so it is never an upsell. Everything in it comes from your own data: we don’t estimate, model, or project. If a number is there, it happened.
How it counts
Attribution follows the patient, not the click
Revenue is credited two hours after the patient actually arrives, read from your Jane App™ appointment record.
That sounds like a detail and it is the whole difference. A patient gets a re-engagement text on Tuesday, thinks about it, and telephones your front desk on Thursday to book. No link was tapped. Click-based tracking never sees that patient — not as a maybe, not as a partial: they are simply absent from the report, and the channel that actually brought them back looks like it did nothing.
Tools that measure clicks do it because clicks are all they can see. We can see arrivals.
By channel
Six channels, one shape
Each one is followed engaged → booked → showed → revenue. The same three steps every time, so the channels compare against each other rather than each being scored its own way.
Re-engagement
- Lapsed patients contacted, and what came back
Aftercare
- Patients followed up after a visit who hadn’t rebooked
Missed-call text-back
- Callers texted back after an unanswered call
Website chat
- Visitors who engaged with Emma on your site
Paid leads
- Leads from your own Google and Meta campaigns, split by source
Social DMs
- Facebook Messenger and Instagram, split by platform
Beyond attribution
The rest of the screen
Attribution answers where patients came from. These answer what is happening to the patients you already have.
Show rate and no-shows
- Who booked, who attended, and who slipped — because a booking that no-shows is not revenue, and a report that counts messages sent cannot tell the difference.
Lapsed-patient view
- How much revenue is sitting idle in your past-patient list. For most clinics this is the number that surprises people.
Lifetime value
- The return on rebooking across a patient’s whole history, not just the first appointment they made.
Currency
How current it is, stated plainly
Your Jane data syncs on a rolling basis — typically every 10 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of your patient list. You can force a refresh whenever you want one, and the screen shows when it last fetched, so you always know what you are looking at.
We don’t call it live, because it isn’t.
Nothing on this screen needs to be. You are reading what already happened, not watching it happen — and a report that claims to be real-time is describing a promise about plumbing, not a better number.
Common questions
What clinics ask about the numbers
How do you know a booking came from Rebookly?
Because we read your Jane App™ appointment record rather than watching for clicks. Revenue is credited two hours after the patient actually arrives, against the assistant that started the conversation. That means a patient who got a re-engagement text on Tuesday and telephoned your front desk on Thursday is counted — no link was tapped, and click-based tracking would never have seen them. Booked and showed stay separate columns, because a booking that no-shows is not revenue.
Is the dashboard live?
No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Your Jane data syncs on a rolling basis — typically every 10 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of your patient list — you can force a refresh whenever you want one, and the screen shows when it last fetched. Nothing on it needs to be live: you are reading what already happened, not watching it happen. A report that claims to be real-time is describing a promise about plumbing, not a better number.
Can it tell us whether our ad spend is working?
It follows leads from your own Google and Meta campaigns through the same three steps as every other channel — engaged, booked, showed — and then to the revenue recorded against them, split by source. That is the honest version of the question: not how many people clicked, but how many walked in. The same shape applies to re-engagement, aftercare, missed-call text-back, website chat and social DMs, so the channels compare against each other rather than each being scored its own way.
Does this reporting sync give Emma access to our schedule?
It does not, and the two are deliberately unconnected. The reporting sync feeds the dashboard and re-engagement targeting — bookings, attendance, revenue, who has lapsed. It gives Emma nothing about open appointment times: she never reads your availability and never books anyone. Patients book themselves through your Jane online booking, where availability genuinely is current and Jane enforces its own rules.
What happens to reporting if we disconnect Jane?
Patient and visit data stops syncing, so re-engagement targeting and dashboard reporting pause — there is nothing to read. Emma carries on handling enquiries and escalating to your team, none of which depends on Jane. The dashboard is included for every clinic and is never sold as an upgrade, so nothing about it is withheld or unlocked; it simply needs the Jane connection to have anything to show.
The honest part
It measures in both directions
A dashboard that only ever looked good would be a brochure with a refresh button. This one measures downward too: a quiet month looks quiet, because the numbers are real.
A number you can’t argue with in February is what makes the number in September worth anything.
