What your ad budget is actually buying

Someone searched, found you, and had one question

They’re on their phone at nine at night with a sore shoulder, and they’ve been comparing three clinics for twenty minutes. They land on your site — the one you paid for — and what they want to know is small: can you actually help with this, and what does it cost?

Here’s what they find. A contact form. Maybe a consultation request. They’ve filled in a hundred of those and they know how it goes — a few days, or nothing at all. So they don’t. They hit back, and they’re in the search results again, and the next clinic is one tap away.

Or they call, because it’s faster. It rings out. You were with a patient, or it’s after six, or it’s Saturday. There’s no voicemail they want to leave.

You paid for that visit either way. The click was billed the moment they arrived. The only question left is whether anything was there when they showed up.

Or Emma’s already open

Same visitor, same question, same nine at night. Except there’s a chat window, and it isn’t asking them to pick from a menu. Emma asks what’s going on. They tell her — in their own words, the way people actually write. She answers: yes, that’s something the clinic treats, here’s roughly what it costs, here’s how long the first appointment runs. When they’re ready, she sends your Jane booking link and they book their own time.

No form. No callback. No waiting until Monday.

The part people don’t expect

She writes back like someone who works there

Most clinic chat widgets are a menu. Book an appointment · Our services · Contact us. Three buttons and a dead end, and everyone recognises it in about two seconds.

Emma reads what the person wrote and answers it. Someone types “do you do anything for a shoulder I can’t lift above my head” and she doesn’t hand them a service list — she answers the question, asks what they’ve already tried if it helps, tells them what a first visit involves, and gets them to your booking link when they’re ready. If they change the subject halfway through, she follows.

She’s trained on your clinic specifically — your services, your treatments, your pricing, your policies — from a knowledge base we build for you before she goes live. Not a generic script with your logo on it.

She never quotes availability and never books. She sends your Jane online booking link and the patient picks their own time, in Jane, where the live schedule is. That’s deliberate: it means she can’t offer a slot that’s already gone.

She’ll tell anyone who asks that she’s an assistant. Nobody’s pretending otherwise — they just get an answer at nine at night.

How you get it

A free audit first, so it’s built on what’s actually happening

It starts with a call — a Google Ads expert goes through your account with you: where the budget is going, which searches are spending it, and what visitors do when they arrive. The survey below is how the call gets useful before it starts: who manages your ads, where the traffic goes, how the account is put together. Book it, and bring questions.

Start here

Book your free Google Ads audit

7 steps: your clinic’s details, then how your Google Ads are set up. You’ll pick a time for the call on the next screen. No credit card — not to book the audit, and not to take it.

What happens next

The whole sequence, start to finish

Written out because the order matters, and because most of what makes this offer different is in the order.

  1. Step 1

    You fill out the survey

7 steps covering your clinic's details and how your Google Ads are set up: who manages them, where the traffic goes, how the account is put together. No card.

  2. Step 2

    You pick a time

The survey ends on a calendar, and you book your audit call with a Google Ads expert.

  3. Step 3

    The call

The expert goes through your account with you — where the budget is going, which searches are spending it, and what visitors do when they arrive. If the widget is the right fix, it gets set up from there, and the card is taken on that call, by a human, after you have said yes.

  4. Step 4

We build and install it for you

Your knowledge base, your services, your tone, the widget on your site. Typically 5–10 business days, and nothing is charged to begin.

  5. Step 5

It goes live — and the free month starts here

Not at signup, and not at the call. Thirty days of the widget actually running on your traffic, because billing starts after launch rather than while we build.

  6. Step 6

Around week three, we talk about what happened

What the widget did with the traffic you were already buying, and the eight assistants you have not seen yet — the ones that text back missed calls, answer your social messages, follow up after visits, and go after patients who have quietly stopped coming back.

  7. Step 7

Day 31, the subscription begins at $299/month CAD

The full product, not the widget alone. You can say no at any point before it, and nothing renews without you knowing the date.

What it costs

Every figure, in one place

The subscription is billed in Canadian dollars. Usage is billed in US dollars, because that is what the carriers and AI providers charge in.

One of nine

What the widget doesn’t do on its own

It only works on people who already found you — which is exactly why it suits a clinic buying traffic, and why the month is not the point.

The other eight cover everything the widget cannot see — missed calls texted back, social messages answered, follow-up after visits, and the patients who have quietly stopped coming back, which is a bigger number than most clinics expect. That is the week-three conversation, and it is the part the widget cannot show you.

Two different things

This is not us running your ads

Worth separating, because they share a word.

The $299/month CAD subscription is Emma and her nine assistants answering and following up on the enquiries your clinic already generates. It does not include campaign management, and nothing about it touches your Google Ads account.

We do run campaigns for some clinics, and it is a separate service at its own price. If the audit turns into that conversation we will say so plainly on the call —here is what that service is.

Common questions

What clinics ask before they start

Is the audit really free, and is there a card?

Yes, and no. The audit is a free call with a Google Ads expert who goes through your account with you. There is no card — not to book it, and not to take it — and no obligation attached to it.

What happens after I fill out the survey?

You pick a time for your audit call on the next screen. The survey is what makes the call useful before it starts — the expert has your setup in front of them, so the call is about your account rather than about gathering details.

What does the free month actually include?

Emma’s website chat widget built, installed and running on your site for thirty days, plus the knowledge base we write for your clinic. The thirty days start the day it goes live, not the day you sign up, so building it does not eat your month.

Why do you take a card if the month is free?

It covers AI responses beyond the $25 USD included, so the widget keeps answering if your traffic is heavier than expected rather than going dark mid-month. Nothing is charged to begin setup, and the card is taken by a person on the call after you have agreed.

What are AI responses and how many do I get?

Every message Emma sends is a response, billed at $0.03 USD. The first $25 USD is included — about 830 responses. Most clinics do not reach it in a month.

What happens after the free month?

The full Rebookly subscription begins at $299/month CAD: all nine assistants, the Jane App™ integration, the dashboard and your knowledge base. We talk it through around week three, so nothing arrives as a surprise on day 31.

How long does setup take?

Typically 5–10 business days from onboarding. We build the knowledge base and install the widget for you, and nothing is charged while we do it.

Does this include managing my Google Ads?

No. The subscription is Emma answering and following up on the enquiries you already generate. Managed advertising is a separate service at its own price, and we will say so plainly if the audit turns into that conversation.

Can Emma book patients in for me?

No, and that is deliberate. She answers the questions that stall a booking, then sends your Jane App™ online booking link so the patient picks their own time from your real availability. She never reads your schedule and never writes to Jane.

Get the audit first, and decide afterwards

7 steps, no card, and you pick a time for the call on the next screen. If your ads are fine, you’ll hear that too.
